Get to know the people behind the Health Ageing Challenge projects at our monthly, member led sessions with an hour dedicated to networking.
At each session you’ll be able to:
- Introduce yourself and your work to other Healthy Ageing Challenge project members.
- Find out what other projects are working on and delivering.
- Identify areas for joint learning, collaboration and support.
- Expand your network.
We’ve listened to your feedback and will be using themes suggested by Community Members as a focal point for discussion at each catch up. April’s topic will be how to involve people with lived experience in your work.
At the start of each session, we will quickly create breakout rooms giving you the opportunity to connect in small groups. If it’s a topic you can share your experience of, members would love to meet you; if it’s an area you are new to, get involved and ask questions.
To get the conversation going, we’ll be asking everyone to consider and share:
- Why does this matter to my project?
- What are the challenges?
- What lessons have I already learned?
There’s no need to book, if you are involved in a Healthy Ageing Challenge project supported by UKRI, just come along using your diary invitation.
As a member, if you have not received your calendar invite with the zoom link to the monthly catch ups, please contact the CoP team: cop@ageing-better.org.uk.
Future themes:
- April - how to involve people with lived experience in your work.
- May - trademarks and IP.
- June - no catch up due to the bank holiday.
- July - collecting, storing and using personal data.
We look forward to seeing you there.
