This case study describes a project undertaken in partnership between Octavia and St Christopher’s
with the aim of identifying how both staff and residents in several extra care housing schemes in
West London might be empowered to improve experience of end-of-life care for everyone.
These monthly, member led, sessions will be hosted by the Community of Practice Team and are for projects already receiving funding through UKRI. The catch up session is a chance to informally meet with other members in the healthy ageing sector.
